  • Liked it so much we came back twice in two days. Friendly owner who made up a table for two for my daughter and I even-though the restaurant was packed and many reserved tables. We had pho, very good spring rolls, bun cha and Vietnamese coffee, all were great and very reasonably priced. Friendly service although sometimes dishes and drinks came out in different timings, but we enjoyed dining there.

  • Such a lovely experience! The food was absolutely delicious the spring rolls were amazing and the fish was so fresh and flavorful. But you know what truly made my day? They brought complimentary fruit at the end of the meal. Such a small gesture, but it made me incredibly happy. It felt so thoughtful and genuine. The staff were kind, the atmosphere was cozy, and everything was made with care.

  • The staff were very friendly and the food came out quickly. It was served with one main coming out first then an entree then the other main. So a little bit different pending what you ordered. The food was alright not the best meal we have had in Sapa though

  • I really enjoyed dining at Little Vietnam Restaurant in Sapa. The black grilled pork on a hotplate was my favorite—super comforting, flavorful, and served in a very generous portion. For 200,000 VND, it’s definitely worth it. The bamboo rice was surprisingly special. The texture is firmer than usual, and paired with the dipping sauce, it tastes very unique and satisfying. The spring rolls come in a big portion and are very yummy, generously filled and not dry at all. I also tried the plum wine—it’s strong and tasty. Highly recommended for those who enjoy alcohol. Overall, a great place to experience comforting Vietnamese food with good portions and fair pricing.

  • Enjoyed our lunch here. Seems to be really popular but the wait is reasonable. We ordered the banh mi with chicken (unique like a panini style, served warm); grilled black pork on hot plate with the native bamboo sticky rice; broccoli with rice; grilled sturgeon in hot plate; orange juice (made with local Kam); sprite. All the flavors are good and well balanced. Children enjoyed the food as well. The servers are able to communicate in English so that really helps! Food portions are reasonable and proportionate to the price.

  • Nicely done beef hotplate and also very tasty coconut curry. This Vietnamese curry is not spicy, very uniquely Vietnamese. Not close to Indian curry, Japanese curry or Chinese curry. Have to give it a try! Oh! Not to forget, the coconut flesh was so soft too, not those tough ones. Highly recommend!

  • I’ve spent 2 days in Sapa and I got addicted to this little happy corner in Sapa. Food is very tasty, local recipes are more than recommended. You can taste deer, beef, duck, and black pork (we tasted it all) and it’s coming on a coconut or bamboo tube. Sweet experience. Staff is very friendly and kind, what a cozy vibe. It’s a restaurant that if you go to Sapa you can’t miss out. Thank you Vu, see you soon!
